Fluid loss control-OBF-FLC18

Short Description:

OBF-FLC18 is synthesized from acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), sulfonic acid (AOBS), epichlorohydrin and a new ring structure of cationic monomer under the effect of the initiator through many multi-step polymerizations.  It can increase the viscosity effectively in freshwater muds and increase the viscosity slightly in saltwater muds, reduce the filtration loss, improve the quality of mud cake, inhibit clay dispersion. OBF-FLC18 is suitable for seawater drilling fluids, deep well and ultra-deep well drilling fluids.

Summary

Features

Good capability to reduce filtration loss with low dosage.

Perform well up to 180 ℃ , can be used for deep and ultra-deep wells.

Resist salt to saturation and resist calcium and magnesium well. It can be applied in freshwater, saltwater, saturated saltwater and seawater drilling and completion fluids.

It has good compatibility with other additives.

Usage range

Temperature: ≤180°C (BHCT).

Suggestion dosage: 1.0%-1.5% (BWOC).

Package and Storage

Packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. Or based on customers’ request.
