Summary

OBC-G90L is a kind of fluid loss additive based on grafted co-polymer of humid acid and AMPS. It has characters like: strong fluid loss control ability, rapid strength development, low free fluid and applicability to different kinds of cement and water. It has an excellent versatility, can be applied to variety kinds of cement system.

Functions

It decreases the fluid loss obviously. Generally less than 100 ml. If add the dosage, fluid loss will less than 50 ml.

Thickening time decreases regularly as temperature rises; No bad influence on strength development of cement stone.

Not sensitive to dosage, no catastrophe point, can be used in variable density cement slurry system.

Usage range

Temperature:20℃~180℃(BHCT)

Recommended dosage:4.0~6.0%(BWOC)

Applicable in every kind of cement slurry systems, which are composed by every grade of oil-well cement(defined by GB10238 or APISpec10A) and other additives(just like silicon powder, drift beads, flyash, bentonite, barite powder and hematite.).

200 L/plastic drum. Or based on customers’ request.

Storage

It should be stored in cool,dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life:12 months.
