New Fashion Design for Corrosion Control - Lubricants-OBF-LUBE – Oilbayer Detail:
Summary
OBF-LUBE is a kind of vegetable grease lubricant formulated for water-base fluids to reduce the coefficient of friction and decrease the torque and drag encountered in drilling operations. By reducing the friction between the drillstring and the wall cake, OBF-LUBE agent will minimize the possibility of differential sticking to some extent. In addition, minimal contribution to the rheology of the system can be observed. It can be used in freshwater-, brine- and seawater-base drilling liquid with good compatibility with other additives.
Advantages
l Effective lubricant for water-base mud systems
l Decrease the coefficient of friction which reduces torque and drag
l Does not increase rheology or gel strengths
l Does not cause foaming
l Biodegradable with no hydrocarbons
Usage range
Temperature: ≤180℃ (BHCT).
Recommend dosage：2.0~3.0% (BWOW).
