OBF-LUBE is a kind of vegetable grease lubricant formulated for water-base fluids to reduce the coefficient of friction and decrease the torque and drag encountered in drilling operations. In addition, minimal contribution to the rheology of the system can be observed. It can be used in freshwater-, brine- and seawater-base drilling liquid with good compatibility with other additives.
