Summary

OBF-LUBE is a kind of vegetable grease lubricant formulated for water-base fluids to reduce the coefficient of friction and decrease the torque and drag encountered in drilling operations. By reducing the friction between the drillstring and the wall cake, OBF-LUBE agent will minimize the possibility of differential sticking to some extent. In addition, minimal contribution to the rheology of the system can be observed. It can be used in freshwater-, brine- and seawater-base drilling liquid with good compatibility with other additives.

Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry and ventilated areas and avoid being exposed to the sun and rain.

Shelf life: 24 months.
